What if I need my pet transported to a different state?

Will my pet share a ride with other pets?
That is up to you! We offer both shared and private transport options. If you prefer a VIP experience for your pet, choose our VIP private transport/taxi option.
How will my pet be taken care of on long transports?
We make sure all pets have ample time for potty breaks and to stretch their legs. We also have fresh water available at all times, and will feed specified amounts at the times you request. We want your pet kept as comfortable as possible. Pets are always crated in the vehicle for their safety.
Will I receive updates on my pet throughout their travel?
Yes! We try to update you often on our trips, but do keep in mind that we are driving, so will update or respond to any messages or calls at our next stop.
